Overview of Order Items

This guide provides an overview of the Order Items module. It is intended for general users. 

When an order is created with line item codes (LICs) attached to it, aACE records all the LICs within the order in the Order Items module. You can view important details about the order items, such as their ship date, order, customer, quantities, total, and status (i.e. open, pending, and closed). This can help you analyze sales history. 

To access the Order Items module, navigate from Main Menu > Order Management > Details > > Order Items. This module only has a list view.

You can use the Go-To links (>) to view related line item codes (for both inventory and labor) and the initial order. You can also search the listed job costs using the Quick Search bar or locate records using the search links in the module footer.
