Expanded Capabilities Using the aACE Data Interchange
The aACE Data Interchange (ADI) is a set of data handshakes between an aACE system and external events. Email integration is the primary vehicle through which ADI works and Mailgun integration is a pre-requisite.
Events and workflows enhanced by the aACE Data Interchange (ADI) include:
Signature acknowledgements added to Purchase Order correspondence. (No need to email back a scanned print-out. Just click a button, enter a signature and date, then click another button. The new signed document is picked up by aACE and saved to the related record, and logs are entered all automatically.) Get your Orders confirmed quicker and easier!
A “Pay Now” capability added to Invoice correspondence that allows a customer to immediately pay their bill via credit card (or ACH!). The email contains a link to a dedicated, secure payment processing site. Once completed, Receipts in aACE are auto generated and the authorization logged automatically. Get paid faster and easier!
