This guide explains the aACE Data Interchange and it's benefits. It is intended for system administrators.
aACE Data Interchange (ADI) is a series of data exchanges between an aACE system and external events. ADI is used to ensure data transfers smoothly for the aACE Mailgun Integration and the aACE Email Integration.
Some ADI links might not work if team members do not have valid email addresses in their team member records.
Events and workflows enhanced by the aACE Data Interchange (ADI) include:
- Signature acknowledgements added to purchase order correspondence — Your customers can digitally sign purchase order correspondence by entering a signature and date, then submitting the signature. aACE saves the new signed document to the related record, and logs are entered all automatically.
- Pay Now link capability added to Invoice correspondence — Allows a customer to immediately pay their bill via credit card or ACH. The email contains a link to a dedicated, secure payment processing site. Once completed, aACE automatically generates receipts and logs the authorization.
